Comfortable rooms start in the attic.
Low, uneven or aging insulation lets heat pour in during summer and escape in winter. We inspect what you have, show you photos, and lay out options—from a top-off to full replacement.
Signs your attic insulation is falling short.
- Upstairs rooms are much hotter or colder than the rest of the house
- Energy bills keep climbing
- HVAC runs constantly to keep up
- Insulation looks low, compressed or uneven
- A home inspection flagged insufficient insulation
Options that fit your attic and budget.
- Insulation assessmentDepth, condition and coverage, documented with photos.
- Top-offs and replacementAdd over sound existing insulation, or remove and replace when condition calls for it.
- Multiple materialsLoose-fill options including cellulose; fiberglass and mineral-wool batts for appropriate applications. Wall and framed-cavity insulation is available where appropriate.
- Air sealingSealing gaps and penetrations so the new insulation performs as intended. Baffles and cap-offs are installed as required.
Recommended R-value depends on your attic and application—we’ll explain what we suggest and why. We do not install spray foam, and attic ventilation is not a core service.

Old, damaged or contaminated insulation?
When insulation needs to come out first, attic restoration covers removal, cleanup and replacement in one plan.
Insulation questions, answered.
Can you add insulation over what’s already there?
Often, yes—if the existing insulation is in sound condition and not contaminated. We inspect first and tell you whether a top-off makes sense or removal is the better path.
Which insulation material is best?
It depends on the application, target R-value and budget. We install loose-fill options including cellulose, plus fiberglass and mineral-wool batts where appropriate, and we’ll explain the trade-offs for your attic.
How much insulation do I need?
The recommendation depends on your attic’s conditions and how the space is used. We measure what you have and recommend a target after the inspection—no one-size-fits-all number.
Do you offer spray foam?
No. Attic Daddy focuses on loose-fill and batt insulation, air sealing, removal and restoration.
