Questions

Wildlife questions, answered.

What’s making the noise in my attic?

Common culprits in North Georgia attics include squirrels, rats, mice and raccoons, but we don’t guess. The inspection identifies what is actually there and how it’s getting in.

Do you trap animals?

When appropriate, yes. Depending on what we find, options can include removal or trapping, one-way let-out systems and sealing entry points. We recommend the approach that fits the situation. Bat exclusions are also available where appropriate; the inspection determines the next steps.

Will you clean up afterwards?

If insulation has been contaminated or damaged, attic restoration covers removal, cleanup and sanitizing, and new insulation. We’ll tell you whether that applies.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We inspect, photograph what we find and explain your options at no charge.
